1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 7u7u website accessible at https://7u7u.io and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features offered thereon.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any part of the Platform's services.
• "Account" means the registered player account created upon successful completion of the 7u7u registration process.

2.2 By clicking "Register", "Login", or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions and all associated policies.

2.3 7u7u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or by a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2.4 These Terms & Conditions are written and shall be interpreted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between an English-language version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

3 Eligibility

3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 7u7u, you must at all times satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual, and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any third party;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory;
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) without prior written approval from 7u7u's compliance team;
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 7u7u or any of its affiliated game providers;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform or under any voluntary or regulatory exclusion scheme.

3.2 7u7u reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in suspension of the account pending investigation.

3.3 Registration of an account by an ineligible person is void from inception. All funds associated with an ineligible account may be forfeited without recourse, subject to applicable mandatory refund obligations under the payment method used.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Each Player may hold only one registered account on 7u7u at any time. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

4.2 When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to notify 7u7u promptly of any changes.

4.3 7u7u conducts KYC verification as part of the account lifecycle. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account in your name).

4.4 7u7u reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Account registration does not guarantee the right to withdraw funds until KYC requirements are satisfied.

4.5 Account Currency

All 7u7u accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No multi-currency accounts are offered. Deposits made via international payment methods will be converted to Taka at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and any associated conversion fees are borne by the Player.

5 Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7u7u username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party for any reason, including family members, friends, or agents claiming to act on your behalf.

5.2 7u7u implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption on all data transmissions and OTP (one-time password) two-factor authentication. You are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication on your account. 7u7u accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to use available security features.

5.3 If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 7u7u's support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. 7u7u will temporarily freeze your account pending investigation upon receipt of such a report.

5.4 7u7u will never contact you by email, SMS, or any other channel to request your full password, OTP code, or full payment method PIN. Any such communication purporting to come from 7u7u should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

6 Deposits and Payments

6.1 7u7u accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit for verified accounts operating under standard terms. Transaction limits for specific payment methods (e.g., per-transaction bKash limits) are governed by the rules of the respective payment provider and are the Player's responsibility to understand.

6.3 Deposits are credited to the Player's 7u7u balance in real time for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect depending on the sending institution's processing times.

6.4 7u7u does not charge a transaction fee on deposits. However, the payment provider (e.g., bKash) may apply its own standard service charge. Any such third-party charges are entirely outside 7u7u's control and are the responsibility of the Player.

6.5 All funds deposited to 7u7u must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own verified name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members' mobile banking wallets — are not permitted and will trigger a KYC review. Deposits found to have originated from third-party accounts may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

7 Withdrawals

7.1 Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time provided that: (a) their account KYC verification is complete; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been satisfied; and (c) the requested withdrawal amount does not exceed the available real-money balance.

7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, unless written approval from the 7u7u finance team is obtained in advance.

7.3 7u7u targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad under normal conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees; delays may occur due to payment provider processing, additional KYC requirements, or system maintenance.

7.4 7u7u reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where: (i) the Player's identity has not been fully verified; (ii) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity; (iii) a dispute or chargeback has been initiated by the Player; or (iv) the withdrawal would result in a negative balance after accounting for active bonus wagering requirements.

7.5 In the event of account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by 7u7u for cause — any verified real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus forfeitures will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method within 10 business days.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

8.1 7u7u offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, BPL season promotions, and Eid bonus credits. All promotions are subject to their individual terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

8.2 Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted;

8.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion multiple times, systematic low-risk wagering designed to satisfy requirements while minimising genuine gaming exposure, or use of automated software — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

9 Game Rules and Betting

9.1 Each game and betting market available on the 7u7u Platform operates according to its individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface or betting market page. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules applicable to each product before placing wagers.

9.2 All bets placed on the 7u7u sportsbook are final once confirmed. In the event of a technical error or manifest pricing mistake on a sports betting market, 7u7u reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts without liability.

9.3 In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game session, the outcome of the hand, spin, or round already in progress will be determined and recorded by the game provider's server. 7u7u accepts no liability for losses arising from connectivity issues on the Player's side.

9.4 For cricket betting specifically, all markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). 10 Prohibited Conduct

10.1 The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 7u7u Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register in violation of these terms;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial intelligence to interact with games or betting markets;
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker, casino table games, or sports betting;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform — any such bugs must be reported to 7u7u support immediately and must not be exploited for financial gain;
• Placing bets on sporting events in which the Player has any direct or indirect insider knowledge or ability to influence the outcome;

10.2 Winnings generated by or attributed to any prohibited conduct are void and will be forfeited in their entirety. Any real-money deposits associated with an account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may also be forfeited where they have been used as the vehicle for the prohibited activity.

16.4 These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with standard English legal principles. No translation of these Terms & Conditions into any other language shall be used in the interpretation or construction of any provision herein.
